It took 1 day from the moment we placed our order with Rodger until the actual delivery. So the delivery time was excellent! The package box was a bit disappointing; it was marked with the brand name and it reads “made in china” in rather large print. The packaging was, as you can see on the picture, a standard cardboard box.

Installing the product is easy. Going through the manual took more effort than the actual installation. Within 20 minutes we had gone through the manual, coupled and tested the products. By default, the alarm is not very loud, so it is recommended to change this right away. You can also select the type of alarm sound you like best. All controls are on the front of the receiver. Placing the transmitter on the underpants is a matter of clicking it on.

To test how well or how fast it registers, we fill a glass of water and drop a few drops on the inside of the underwear. The alarm went off within seconds. The product does exactly what it promises.

To test the child friendliness, it is primarily about the sleep (dis)comfort a child may experience. There is an app that allows you to keep track of your child’s progress. You fill in 9 rewards and a badge is earned on pre-defined goals. The last badge is earned when you are dry for 21 nights in a row. The mattress protector is 90 x 160 and therefore perfectly can handle any accident.

The app offers some insight because you can enter into the app what happened for each day , very wet, wet, a little wet or dry. This section can also be sent to an email address on a daily basis. When there have been several moments on the same night it is not possible to register these moments. On a small side note, the app currently has an error message on almost every page. This seems to cause problems with references to their own products and website.

The Rodger complete package is the most complete bedwetting alarm package Rodger offers. This package is offered at € 179.95 which puts it in the middle segment. For this price you get enough pants (4) and mattress protectors which is very nice so you don’t have to wash everything right away for the next night.
